Concrete Distribution

REKERS overhead bucket systems deliver concrete to fixed production stations as well as to traveling concrete distributors.  The integrated control system of mixing plant, overhead bucket and production machine ensures a continuous production flow.  A switch or turntable in our track system allows multiple concrete buckets to operate simultaneously on the system or a single concrete bucket to serve several production stations.  Our range includes rotating buckets, bottom dump buckets and tandem buckets.

The concrete buckets have their own 2-wheel or 4-wheel drives, depending on travel speed or track gradient.  Speeds of up to 250 m/min and a gradient of up to 20% are possible.  The concrete buckets do not have on-board switch gear.  The power and control of the concrete bucket is supplied by means of the REKERS „Unopol“ power/control track.
