Palletring Handling

Manual or semi-automatic functions for the basering store and for the devices for lossening, cleaning and oiling the baserings are replaced by a manipulator.  In addition once the critical pipe seal is on the basering then it is automatically positioned under the manipulator.  A transport and stacking machine ends the „forklift race“.  The functions of the individual stations are:

The depalletiser releases the basering from the cured pipe.  The depalletiser hammers adjust themselves to the various pipe diameters without manual intervention.  The hammering frequency can be adjusted as necessary.

The cleaning station can be used for all types and diameters of baserings.  3-axes motion control with automatic basering type recognition ensure optimum ring cleaning.  A further innovation is the REKERS basering cleaning robot.  Optionally supplied with dust control system or dust control enclosure.

The automatic basering transport and stacking crane / grab receives baserings and transports them to the store and to save space stacks them.  The special grab has an integrated basering recognition sensor.  This means that short production runs can be economic.

The manipulator for the basering store fully automatically loads / unloads as well as manages baserings of all different sizes.  The REKERS plant control system integrates these as well as all other modules, cycle time optimized in the automatic production process.
