Wetside Handling

The wetside is engineered as a modular system that can be customised to suit the location specifics and can therefore also be extended in modular form.

The main components are:
– Product latch type conveyor  with corner station
– Product brush
– Board stacker for loading mobile curing racks
– Curing rack exchange station

Dryside Handling

The dryside is also designed as a modular system and consists of the following main components:
– Curing rack exchange station
– Board destacker for unloading mobile curing racks
– Product latch type conveyor with corner station
– REKERS automatic cuber
– Board turner
– Board brush
– Board oiler
– Conveyor for product packs
– marshalling device
