Regarding the following more detailed data process the user and the affected person has the right:
- of confirmation if the concerning data will be processed, the right of information regarding the processed data, of other information regarding the processed data as well as the copies of the data (Article 15 GDPR);
- of correction or completion of incorrect resp. incomplete data (Article 16 GDPR);
- of immediate deletion of the concerned data (Article 17 GDPR), or, alternative, if a further process is needed as Article 17 paragraph 3 GDPR, of limitation of processing in accordance with Article 18 GDPR;
- of receive of the affected data and the provided data and of transmission of this data to other providers / responsible parts (Article 20 GDPR);
- of complaint at the supervisory authority, as long as you think, that the data concerning you are being processed by the provider in contravention of the privacy policy regulations (Article 77 GDPR).
Furthermore, the provider has to commit themself, to inform all recipients of data given by the provider regarding every correction or deletion of data or the restriction of processing, done based on Article 16, 17 paragraph 1, 18 GDPR. This commitment is not relevant when the communication is impossible or only possible with a disproportionate effort. Nevertheless, the user has the right to know who the recipient actually is.
Futhermore, the user and affected person has the right, following article 21 GDPR to object against the future processing of their data, as long as data is being processed by the provider based on article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f) of the GDPR. 3. Information regarding data processing
Your data, which was processed during the use of our website will be deleted or blocked, as soon as the reason for storage is not given anymore, when there is no legal reason to keep the data and no other information to individually processing methods is provided.

We are advertising on our webpage on the following social networks. The connection is done via a link on the graphic of the network. This linked graphic prevents a connection to the concerned server of the social network which uses social media advertising and to show the grahic of the concerned network directly. Only by clicking on the concerned graphic the user will be forwarded to the social network.
After being forwarded the user data will be processed by the network. It can not be prevented that the process oft he data will be done in the US.
